Preorder my dinner had delivered ( well at least I thought I was) the driver arrived at my house didn’t have my order. Said he had to return to get it. After four attempts to call the store someone finally answer told me they had to remake my order cause my got delivered some where else. I explained I will not be paying for it. So they cancelled my order cause they messed up. That fine been on the phone with corporate office.

This store maybe specifically can do pizza pretty well, however after multiple times ordering the mango habanero sandwich they have yet to actually put the sauce on the sandwich. They fight back with after its been delivered im aloud to drive up there and get some sauce. At that point the sandwich is cold and this is complete and utter unacceptable customer service. Why have it delivered if I have to go up there to get it right. 4 times in a row including today. Im not one to complain but how hard can it be to make a sandwich right. Its not a matter of just dont order the sandwich, its a matte

These are the most horrible business I have had. You call with a problem they hang up on you don't take feeding a family serious. I have wait 2 hours plus for an order one time and this last time pizza man comes with no pizza and look at car like it stole the pizza has to go back to store then call questioning about pizza they hang up send u to survey.

Every time I go there the heavy set black dude or whatever nationality he is, whatever his name is, I don't know if he's the manager or not, has the ugliest attitude of all time. He will see you pull up or walk in and just walk off. The last time I went in he walked off and I imagine he said something slick to the female worker about me as she walked up with a smirk on her face then he just stands in the back looking like a clown. I won't be going back to this location.
