We ordered a 16 inch cheese pizza with pepperoni and when my husband got home, the pizza was burned to a crisp on the bottom and along the crust. Something that they should have caught before they boxed it up and sent it out. My husband gets home and I’m like “this is burned”. He called back to let them know about the pizza and to get a replacement pizza.
