I'm sorry. This is not good food. This is the Chinese restaurant you go to when the one across the street is too crowded. Yes the portion are generous, food is not flavorful. The meat tends to be tough. Yes, the lunch specials are cheap, but the selection is not good. Noodles AND rice on the same plate! The man that brings the water puts all 5 fingers around the glass top. Yum. Hope he washes up well. The space is dull, the food is blant (except the hot and sour soup is okay), the service questionable. Cheap, yes. But I can afford better.

Fantastic food. We had cashew chicken, pork cabbage buns, orange crispy beef and house fried rice. Excellent and great price. Hole in the wall. Leo is a one man band. If you expect "standard" restaurant service, go elsewhere. However if you are into funky, warm family feel and orders coming out when they are cooked, then this is the place.
