We went to try the lunch buffet on its first day back and it was great! Holly was very friendly and regularly checked on us and other guests. Everything was clean and there were a lot of pizzas to choose from. The quality of the food was great and you can tell it was all freshly prepared. The lettuce in the salad bar seemed crisp and everything was fully stocked. I like that they have both white and red sauce pasta. All these options for only $10.99 is an AMAZING deal. My favorite was the Cinnabon sticks with the icing tho! 😋

I had my pizza delivered 40 minutes late. It was the wrong crust and wasn't done. I called to ask about the delivery since we hadn't gotten it yet. They said they had the deliverer wait because they were going to have him deliver 2. I called again to complain that the order wasn't right. I asked for the manager to make the complaints and she said she was the RG. She said and listened and waited for me to say more even when I was done when I air in silence she still didn't day anything she did she was waiting for me to suggest what should be done. Honestly, this location has significantly gone down hill. The dine in area is dirty, and the carpet is stained. The workers are inattentive. I almost feel that you can get better quality pizza from the gas station. Laramie Pizza Hut has seen better days.

Ordered delivery, and that was a mistake. I ordered a large spread to be delivered later in the night, and it was evident that the components were made earlier and kept in a warmer. The pizza dough was dry and tasteless, the sauce was nonexistent (dry and lost in the dough), the cheese was dry and scant, the “boneless wings” were sitting in a small amount of sauce and tasted of nothing, and the olives and ham were of low quality. The app and website are terrible as well. Unable to complete the order, forced to use an app with horrible The food was awful. It was the worst pizza I have ever had…
