First time dining at Sages West Bay Bistro and it was very nice!! Originally ordered food to go, but we decided to dine in because they had availability on Valentine’s Day. Our server, Tracy, was pleasant to host us!! Service was great, food and drinks had great flavor and served efficiently!! Inside is very quaint with nice lighting. Definitely recommend trying this place out!! Great date night spot!! Glad we chose a mom and pop restaurant for Valentine’s Day dinner!!!

I had the garlic shrimp and mushrooms. It was outstanding true Italian food. Place very clean, bathrooms clean. Truly a nice dineing experience. We came back again today and I had the same and it again was outstanding the garlic in most places overpowers the meal. The chef has the blend of a slight taste of garlic with the mushroom taste and pasta blending in perfectly, I really love this place. And the meatballs are excellent also not overpowering!

We came here with friends for the first time and the food was so good. We didn't expect this from a strip mall restaurant. Our server was Patty and she was very friendly and attentive to us. The menu items are priced right and I would highly recommend this place. We actually left a phone at the restaurant and Patty went out of her way to meet us the next day to get it back to us, now that's above and beyond crazy good service!

Wemt for lunch and it was delicious. I got a salad with chicken. I was surprised how great it was, home made Italian dressing, fresh cheese. It was delicious. Wife got chicken marsala. Looks like noodles were hand pulled, sauce was delicious and mushrooms were great. Bread was fresh as well. Food was perfect! Got the canoli for desert and it did not disappoint!
