Wow, this place is AMAZING! I missed getting good pictures of the food because I couldn't wait to dig in. I wanted to try everything. It all looked so good. Food was fresh and it took no time at all to come out. Staff was friendly and super knowledgeable about the menu and had great recommendations. Cute atmosphere, very college town sports bar. You just know memories were made here. Awesome all around

At first you think its just another Jefferson's franchise right? Honestly, Mass street Jeff's is the best one I've been to. I bartended and managed in the food service industry for ~15 years before changing careers, and i still care deeply about this experience. That being said, i do really like Jefferson's on mass St.'s vibe. On 5/24 around 4 PM, my husband and I stopped in for a burger and were told to sit anywhere. The restaurant was nearly empty with only two other tables occupied, plus three servers and a bartender on duty. We waited over 20 minutes without being acknowledged, offered menus, or helped in any way, while staff stood around discussing who was going to serve us. We eventually left hungry and frustrated. I normally don’t leave bad reviews, but the lack of basic customer service was disappointing.
