I stopped by the Layton IHOP for breakfast and had a really satisfying experience! The food was exactly what I was hoping for: I ordered the Belgian waffle which was light and fluffy, along with the bacon, ham, and eggs with hash browns, which were cooked perfectly. Typical IHOP deliciousness, no complaints there! What really elevated the visit was the excellent service. Our waiter was incredibly attentive, frequently checked in on us, and kept our coffees perfectly topped off without us having to ask. It made the whole meal feel relaxed and pleasant. We eat here all the time. The food is good but the service is amazing!!! Ashlyn is phenomenal. We drive down from Heber and make a point of only going on nights she works because she is so friendly and fun to talk to. I watch her take care of her other tables and she treats everyone like family. She always gets our order right and she’s fast and just good at the job.
