I work right around the corner @ Entourage and I ordered a quesadilla online since that is the only way to order it. When I went to pickup my order this was what they gave me. THIS IS INSANE. THIS IS NOT A QUESADILLA not even close. This looks more like a mediocre kids meal. They barely gave me any meat and most importantly it’s NOTHING LIKE THE CHIPOTLE APP PICTURE!!! Would not recommend THIS chipotle. Yall need to do better with your online orders. It’s been twice already my online order is made like this!! !. :/

We pay extra for guac and the container is never full. I always order through the app and apparently need to start checking the guac container before leaving because it is consistently half empty. The rice is also usually hard.

Picked up an order from here today, lady was not nice at all (I understand that CS people working here are not always friendly but not even a hello). Order was cold and messy. I order lettuce, they gave me just 3 strips of lettuce, literally, you can see it in the pictures.

As always, love Chipotle food. Service was great. Just a reminder, clean the patio. Trash on the ground, most tables dirty. I wish people were better about picking up after themselves. Otherwise, I'd give five stars. Thanks!
