After sitting in the drive thru line for over 20min, I finally reached the speaker and waited a few extra minutes before someone took my order. There guy was a bit slow on his words and had me repeat myself on the first item I ordered. Another 10 minutes and I'm at the window passing for my order. Same guy that took my order I believe. He didn't seem interested in greeting me when he opened the window. He seemed more preoccupied with his phone. Another few minutes later, I get my food and head home. This might be the worst Taco Bell on earth lol. I’ve been here a handful of times knowing what I’m getting into but hoping it’s different every time. The other reviews aren’t lying. You’re waiting 15+ minutes to order and 30+ minutes for your food. Half the employees standing around, they only focus on drive thru and when you mention how long you have been waiting they just walk away. Go to Popeyes across the street or somewhere else locally.

Don’t come here. Do not waste 45 minutes of your time to receive no food. We waited in drive thru for 30 minutes and eventually we were at the window. We noticed the lady was just eating food but gave her the benefit of the doubt. Employees need breaks sure…. But the wait was so long Cars started honking. This drive through is one lane and you will be stuck. I was trying to pick up fast food and left with nothing and 45 minutes of my day gone and fuel wasted. Asked for a refund in the Taco Bell app. DO NOT GO HERE

They can never hear you at the speaker, the food is consistently half ass everytime, a lady who came out the lobby told everyone in the drive thru beware they’re giving attitude, sure enough they did. Fitchburg and Leominster have gone down hill, SO hard. Not to mention sat in line for 30+ minutes, I can see this location closing soon.
