Food was what you expect when you go to Bob Evans. What was disappointing was at this particular location, it was not busy at all, and it appeared that one person was waiting on the entire floor, so, service was sloooow. On top of that, my dish I ordered, which its main ingredients was biscuits, took extra long because they had no biscuits made. This was only about 2:30pm. My experience wasnt horrible, or bad even, just super slow!

Corporate catastrophe. It's happening everywhere. We used to love Bob Evans especially when traveling. I have even eaten at this location many years ago. It's not the same, and I feel like people are waking up to the greed that systemically creates the problems we see in the restaurant workforce particularly. I ordered curbside but after waiting a while for the phone, I was told I'll have to come in because only two people were on duty. I should've had my food ready. One family in store, another lady for curbside ahead of me also waiting a long time. One cook. One register and waiter, same guy

We did at the "please wait to be seated" sign for 5-10 minutes while employees checked out other guests, cleared and reset tables, walked by to deliver food with not one of these people acknowledging our presence in any way. We felt invisible. My husband said "30 seconds and I'm walking out." Service was fine after that. We were in a bit of a hurry as my husband was working fun his hotel room and needed to get back to it. When server came we let her know we're ready to place order to move things along. Drinks took a bit to get to us, but she explained she waited for a fresh pot of coffee...h

I ordered the steak tips with eggs, you get two sides, I went with the home fries extra crispy and a pancake (I thought it was going to be one, not three). My server was a pleasant lady who handled everything perfectly. The atmosphere here is pleasant and homely. Great price for the meal at $14 before drinks, tax, and tip. I'm coming back with family and friends.
