I am only trying to be honest with the four stars across the different categories. I am 100% satisfied the few times I've been here. Food is hot, tasty, and fairly priced. Service is prompt and friendly. The building is rustic and plain, but it is not filled with TVs and loud music ( a bonus for me). Really enjoyed the mocha! The right balance of sweet, earthy, and creamy! Get it Everytime. It is very seriously worth a try and we go fairly often. Recommend going outside of busy hours as you may have to be put on a wait-list.

When we arrived we were told it was a 20 minute wait. But it took them over an hour to get us seated. The Cafe mocha was perfectly hot and satisfying. But the eggs were fairly cold and unseasoned.

I have eaten a Ginger Sue’s several times over the years and have always had good food until today, I ordered the chicken scramble which is normally great, I also ordered 4 egg whites and their seasoned bacon. The egg scramble and egg whites were burnt and I mean burnt, how could any decent cook let food leave the kitchen like that to be served to a customer and the the seasoned bacon which again is usually good was raw, I’m not sure if it even went on the griddle. I was really bummed because this place is so close to my work. I guess I will have to start looking for a new breakfast place.

Aimee Smith★★★★★

Our new favorite breakfast place in Liberty! Right in the downtown "square" and close to many shops. Very clean and cozy atmosphere. Adeline was a great server and took care of us. The pancakes are huge, with a thick soft center and thinner crispy edges. I could only eat half of one! The gravy has sausage in it, but it looks smooth because it's ground so fine. Good flavor on everything, especially the seasoned potatoes!
