Everytime I've come here there's a problem. Last time I came they didn't have any carbonation for soft drinks. So we got some nasty tea. I had to ask for something bc of the inconvenience. I recieved a free box meal. Upon using this free box meal, I got a water as well. Got to the window, was given the food and drinks, and then she says, "oh, thats .25 cents!" I had already put my wallet back into my diaper bag and in the back seat and couldn't reach it. Instead of just letting me have a water on an excessive heat advisory day, I was charged .25 cents. I was hungry after being snowed in after winter ice storm 1/05/2025. One of the few restaurants open on 1/06/2025. Ordered the 6 pieces combo. Ate the chicken. It was good, not great. I ordered it with the unsweetened tea. They decided to give me sweet tea instead. I could not drink the tea and anything else from the picture. The fries were soft instead of crispy. It’s my first time ever to Cane’s. This will be my last time too. I tried Cane ‘s based on ratings, I’m disappointed. There are plenty of other restaurant options close by.

Last evening...I guess I have learned again not to use fast food drive-thru.. 1st, no texas toast included in orders as specified. 2nd, chicken was sized down to minimimal, minimal portion size, 3rd coleslaw was sent out in what appeared to be 1-2 oz plastic condiment size plastic cups, 4th drinks were were all ice no drink. 5th, prices way higher than product offered. This was disappointing experience. Can't blame this on world-wide inflation.

My family, a diverse crew ranging from 13 to 29 (and then there's me, at a dignified 51), absolutely adores Raising Cane's. It's got that lively, bold atmosphere that makes you feel like you're at a party where everyone's just really excited about chicken. And honestly, they've almost perfected the art of the drive-thru line – even when it snakes around the building, they're like a well-oiled chicken-slinging machine. Now, the food? Fantastic. That Cane's sauce is so good I'd probably put it on my morning toast if I thought my wife wouldn't judge me. And of course, the obligatory bread substi
