This location is consistently the worst one in Lima. I will not be returning. If you're getting a to go order, or you're a doordasher, plan on waiting 20+ minutes for your order. This store will mark your order done/ ready for pickup long before it actually is to make their numbers look good. Employees, I'm assuming they are employees as they have no uniform on, go behind the counter, ring up their own order, if they even bother doing that. The kids working hand out nugget sauces or ice cream with no one paying. Obviously management here does not care as I have seen this on many differe

My food is always correct and hot in the bag. Never had to go back in because they forgot something. So they are doing a really good job on that. It is a very loud and hectic restaurant.Though while waiting the 15 minutes on my food yesterday in the lobby. There was a lot of screening going on in between employees. And I seen a customer get yelled at by a employee. It felt really uncomfortable if I was a timid person. I would have just left my food and told them to refund me my money back. Hopefully. They can shape up inside there and be an establishment people aren't afraid to go in and eat

Go to any other McDonald's even it takes hours. I have lived here in Lima for close to 10 years and I always had bad experiences at this McDonald's. The food, my god no one can cook in that place for their lives. It's either always cold or just taste bad. The wait time for food just is ridiculously long. They always prioritize the drive thru over inside dining. And when I have went through the drive thru, I am always missing something in my bag. Or end up getting what I did NOT order. The bathroom are horrendous and disgusting. And the customer service is decent depending on who is working tha

This is by far the worst McDonald's I've been to in my travels. I ordered from there kiosk that would not take my money then waited for over 45 mins before someone would let me pay for my food. Mind you I'm on my lunch break after an hour I still had not received my food so I waited to speak with someone to get my money back so I could head to work and the money was taken and I waited another 10 mins for them to come back and give me in correct change. Would not recommend at least around afternoon times.
