Ordered delivery, wasn't expecting hot donuts by any means but they sure did seem like they had been in a fridge or something as mentioned in other reviews. They felt cold, not room temperature cold....fridge cold. They were out of stock on everything except the staples, which has been my experience just about every time I have stopped in the store or looked online. Which seems really fishy to me if they truly do make them on site. Just to make it clear, I do not fault the employees working there. I ordered a pickup order online that included two donuts and an ice coffee. I went into the store 2 minutes after my order was scheduled to be ready and my drink was not yet started. I waited at the counter, and watched the staff member pull a long stirring spoon from a bucket of soap dish water, not rinse it off and proceed to make my coffee. When I ordered, I ordered it(and paid for it) to have an extra shot of espresso. When she went to hand me my drink that I was already questioning because of the dirty dish water spoon, I kindly asked if it had an extra shot of espresso to which the staf

What is going on at this location?! The lobby is NEVER open. Why? It isn't being remodeled as far as I can tell. Some of the staff is lovely and some of the staff is rude. When you get the lovely, polite staff, you can get fresh, light, bready, hot, delicious, ACTUAL Krispy Kreme donuts. However, If it's the rude staff, they will claim every item you ask for is sold out except plain glazed and then they are hard, cold, overly greasy donuts that feel days old. Just the plain glazed donuts! Those used to be continuously made and always fresh. So, how come the ones I got felt and tasted like gas
