My wife was meeting some friends who ordered food from the Ginko restaurant that is attached to the visitor center. They have limited hours and days for the Ginko restaurant. My wife went to the desk at the visitor center to renew our membership. We love the Morton Arboretum, and the employee's are friendly and helpful. I participate in there Pine Pacer Challenge, which gets me outdoors and walking during January. They also have a hoodie/pullover with the entry fee for the Pine Pacer Challenge. They also have events and plenty of walking paths throughout the Arboretum! My wife and I returned

This was a fun afternoon indeed. I'd suggest taking the tour trolley way to much effort trying to walk for seniors with disabilities. Went to see the sculpture exhibit VIVID and only walked to three of the installation. The grounds a wonderful exploration of trees and plant installations. The gift shop, we spent time in the café as well enjoying the scenic lake views.

7-9am is for members only. It's a stunning combination of art and nature. Enjoyed the drive, but you could spend the entire day walking around and checking out the different trees and plants.

This park is so grand and beautiful! Bring your walking shoes, this place is so vast with lots of trials throughout. Most paths are woodchips but they are a few that are paved. The gardens are noticeably well cared for and manicured. Even saw some turtles and frogs in the ponds. There is even a history to this place if that interests you. It was very neat hearing about the Morton Family.
