Very poor experience. I’ve never had del taco before tonight, I went on the website to order. I ordered a few items. I got in the drive through and waited an obnoxious amount of time. I got to the speaker and waited 10 minutes for someone to take my order. I went through the line and I got to the window, now I’ve been waiting 50 minutes. The employee said “what drink do you want”. I was confused but said I have a mobile order, the runs around for a couple minutes then says he doesn’t have it. So I clarify it was the correct location, it was. Im not usually one to complain and I love this particular del taco but I was very upset with my experience tonight. I got off work and stopped by for a quick easy dinner for my toddler since she was already hungry. Line was super long so I so I decided to place an order through the app. Sat in line for 20 mins, Got to the ordering microphone, I told the employee that I placed a order on the app. She asked for name, said ok pull forward. This sucks to write cause I loved this place. Been coming here since you opened back up; get the same menu item every time. Staff was friendly and nice. For the last 2 months at night, my order is wrong or made with as little love or care as possible. The staff acts like you’re bothering them for coming to their establishment and they take the phone off the hook so you can’t call if there is an issue. ***Highly encourage literally going anywhere else*** The only thing you pay for and receive here is bad food and disappointment.

This is not a location issue. This is a brand issue. We use to love Del Taco and eat here often. The old menu was much better Exspecially the breakfast menu. It’s definitely not what it used to be. Their iced coffee used to my absolute favorite, I believe they’ve changed the recipe 3 times now in the past 10 years. I liked the last 2 recipes so much I would order iced coffee at night. Now I don’t really care for it. They’ve taken a lot of things off the menu probably in order to re-open. It’s just not what it used to be and my family rarely chooses to eat there now.
