The pizza was really good, but the cheesesteak was absolutely phenomenal — packed with flavor and cooked perfectly. And don’t even get me started on the red velvet cake… it was amazing and so moist!

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with a recent experience at your establishment, which was, without exaggeration, the worst customer service encounter I have ever had. I placed an order that was prepared for my son to pick up. Upon arriving, he attempted to pay using a card, and while the staff claimed the payment was declined, we were able to physically see the transaction processed and withdrawn from my bank account in real time.
