Okay, we love Zupas! But the Logan location is super inconsistent with their soup serving sizes. A month or two ago, the bowl was only filled 2/3 full. I called and asked if that was normal. They said no and replaced it. So they made it right. But I've eaten their soup several times the past 10 days because I've been sick. The first day, the extra bacon I ordered was in a large container. The next, the bacon was in a container half the size. Today, they forgot the bacon. (I called and they refunded it but what a pain.) The soup today was not full. I measured where seems it'd be logically full

I just picked up my mobile order for the Powerball and noticed there were no eggs added to it. Additionally, I felt that the portions of sliced avocados, edamame, roasted cauliflower, tricolor, peppers, pumpkin seed and fontina cheese were quite small when dining in the restaurant. I usually receive normal portions of all the ingredients

My sister loves zuppas. First time for me --On May 30,'26 -4:00, Did the drive thru...hate not being able to talk to a person;confused by the way to order a combo and extras...mango berry salad had less than half the shown amount of fruit on it , no almonds at all..the dressing was yummy. I ordered a serving of chicken to add to it, again only half, if that, as shown on menu board. Only 1 thin slice of turkey on their turkey, bacon, avocado sandwich, the curry soup was fantastic! Wait time was toooo long! Not going back!

I’m not one to eat out often but Zupas is the one healthy place I will always choose! I came in for the first time some weeks ago and i absolutely love it! This is “real food” fresh and something I would find in my own kitchen! If you value nutrition and what you put in your body this is the place to go! I’m so excited Zupas is coming to Idaho Falls!!!! But for now I will have to wait to make my trips to Logan! Zupas you are the absolute best!!!!!!!! Oh and the staff in the Logan location in is so nice and happy here are my favorite things so far, Nutts about berries salad, turkey avocado club
