I was so impressed with sweet Sarah's customer service. She was so attentive and such a pleasure to talk to. I felt like it's been a long time since I've gone to a fast food place and didn't feel like an annoyance just for being there so I was so impressed with her. Give her a raise! Food was good as always, the waffle fries are my very, very favorite. So yummy!

I only get fries at fast food. Absolutely no reason to ever come here over any other place. $5 for medium fries. Twice now I received cold fries and theyre not good. Better deal across the street. Added a star cause it was fast.

First I need to state that I LOVE Carls Jr. It’s one of if not my favorite fast food restaurant, but the service at the Logan location is atrocious! Walked into the lobby to place an order with my children and stood at the counter with them for 7 minutes to place our order. We were the only ones waiting in the lobby and not once where we acknowledged by the staff to ask for our order, apologize for the wait, nothing, for 7 minutes! I understand places get busy, but when we are the only ones waiting and nobody even in the drive thru it’s utterly terrible service. After ZERO acknowledgment from
