Let me start this off by saying I’m a regular and everyone has always been kind, UNTIL today. Drive Thru service was absolutely ABYSMAL. Ordered 5 nuggets online and for some reason the app wouldn't give me an option for spicy ranch so I chose Bell Sauce as a place holder and was going to explain to the drive thru intercom that I actually wanted spicy ranch but SHOCKER!, the intercom is AI now so i had to wait for the window. The blonde white woman that answered the window told me I'd have to pay for the ranch. When I explained my circumstances and that I just wanted to exchange it, she told m

Love me some TB. Every time I drive by, I yell out my window "TACO BELL!!!!!" My alarm clock is the taco bell bell "ding". They hook it up with the sauce.

Taco Bell in Lompoc is always friendly & efficient. And they're generous with their portions. It's always a busy place, but the service is still good. It's definitely one of the better Taco Bells I've visited.
