From the moment my husband and I stepped inside, we were welcomed with open arms. The atmosphere is incredibly cozy, it truly felt like visiting a family member’s home. As a Mexican, in a time when politics and racism can make things feel uncertain, I deeply appreciated the genuine warmth and inclusive environment here. We ordered the Country Big Breakfast Biscuit plate and the Homemade Lemon Raspberry Danish. Both were delicious and perfectly seasoned! The Hidden Cafe, is literally 'hidden' from Main St (US287) in a little strip mall bldg in Longmont. Gotta know where to look. Living in the Midwest, we only get to CO 4-6 times a year to see our daughter and Grandkids. I got the chance to take the Grandkids to Hidden Cafe while Mom had a Dr's appt (she missed out, ouch). Had the Country breakfast which was awesome. Coffee is hot, fresh and always refilled. Grandkids each had the 'Mickey' pancake. My 10yr old granddaughter was a good soldier once again and finished my toddler grandson's pancake for him. Place is rather compact and seat

When they say, Hidden Cafe, they mean it! But this little diner served up service for days! You can tell that there are regulars who the staff know and take care of! My partner got the Heeman omelet, and it lived up to its name! Big and tasty! I had the waffle combo and the waffle was light and tasty! If we're ever back in this area for breakfast, we'll come here again.
