I love Church's chicken but this establishment needs better management or employees maybe both. One day I placed an online about an hr and 10 mins before closing time and when I got to the restaurant my order wasn't ready. I then waited another hr before I received an order to be told that they never dropped my order so I was compensated with an order that wasn't mine. None of my sides anything. Another time I went before picking my kids up from school to grab a chicken sandwich and boneless. My order was taken and when I got to the window I was asked to pull up and wait on the order. We walked in and the man standing at the counter turned around and said damn. Then acted like we weren't there. The other lady told him he had fo get us. So he turned around and said are all yall together n I said yes. He started laughing and said yall gonna have to excuse me, there is something wrong with me. We ended up leaving before placing an order and were very disappointed with the customer service we received. I grew up eating from church's chicken and was looking forward to getting some again. Horrible experience here and I was in a delivery 30 minute wait .Very amateur management. Order was not ready , parking was horrible .. there is none hardly. There is side parking but you have to walk across the drive-thru lane. .ygcNot only unsafe it's very inconvient especially if your on a delivery. Buckle up if your needed your chicken fix. 1 star because they had good sweet tea. Thumbs down

I initially ordered online, I ordered th e 4 piece with the hot lemon pepper seasoning , I get to the location and they said they no longer have those rubs,I said we'll the website allows you to order like they are available,so I said just refund me, and the white lady said she could not initiate a refund , she would have to call her boss,so I asked well what am I suppose to do(,because she went back to back and set down somewhere out of sight)so I got my phone and was contacting my bank,and another employee asked if I would accept spicy instead an I said yeah, I didn't know Churches was usi
