Normally this place is average at best but today I received incredibly rude customer service. Cut off every time I tried to order more food. Burger burnt to a crisp. After being told she couldn’t hear me several times before I was halfway through a sentence. “CAN YOU HEAR ME NOW?” If you hate your job don’t make it my problem

Just had a Sonic Smasher deal, it was the absolute best burger I've in a long time. The service was amazing, in the drive-thru the young lady with the pink Stricked hair and the gentleman who brought me my bag Were very professional and kind. Thank you for a great experience, you don't get that often anymore.

I ordered 2 kids meals a large fry and some drinks the food was cold and hard to the touch and apparently was sitting for a while because it was brought out not a min after ordering the hot dog was so cold the bread fell apart

Definitely a hard sonic drive in to get an order at, crazy there's ZERO cars and it has taken 15 minutes just to place my order. That's RIDICULOUS! Oh well, what can you expect. Definitely not my favorite place in Longview. Do better sonic. Do better
