Got the levain round bread, a sort of wheat sourdough. It was excellent! Healthy ingredients, and hard crispy crust with soft spongy inside. Great to have a real old-fashioned bakery in town serving the old-school recipes. Highly recommended.

The very best levain and baguette with a deep taste that stays in your mouth and memories. Incredible crust, chew, and taste. Best I've tasted. Compared to most Tokyo area bakeries, the selection is less. Most people were simply ordering coffee or other beverages to go which I found rather strange for a bakery.

Vaish “Siso” C★★★★★

Great cafe with amazing selection of breads and drinks. We haven't tried their bread yet but the cappuccino was delicious. Most pastries were gone by noon. I highly recommend this place if you're in Los Altos downtown.

We got the chocolate walnut cookie, monkey bread, yogurt cake and blueberry scone. I love how well mades these pastries are! The cookie and cake were really butter and appropriately sweet. That one less star is for the scone, I like my scone to be more on the bread- kind texture but this one was more moist more like a cake and not much blueberry flavor so mot my style. Otherwise great place in a beautiful neighborhood
