Christine L★★★★★Besides being known for its' appearance in the Rush Hour movie, it is a pretty unassuming restaurant in Chinatown. Traditional Chinese restaurant vibes and food. They have some photos of the cast back when they filmed the movie on the wall as well. The food is solid and I do not think you could go wrong here. The beef chow fun is not too saucy but still flavorful. The string beans have a decent crunch and the kung pao chicken is tender and delicious. I also need to call out how good the hot tea was. It reminded me of this dragon jasmine tea that I have loved in the past. We even got some to-go
Matt DeLa★Unfortunately very underwhelming flavor. Service was inattentive and not friendly. The food was very bland and nothing really popped, the orange chicken didn’t really taste like anything neither did the orange beef. The only mildly tasty choice was the Chicken Chow Fun. Not sure why the reviews are so high unless I somehow came on an off day. If I’m being completely honest you’re better off going to Panda Express. Their Beijing beef and orange chicken actually has flavor.
Jose Mendoza Soto★★★★★Loved the food it was delicious, the prices are reasonable and the ambiance is nice and calm. You have to try there orange chicken. Ofcourse this place is also iconic because of the rush hour movie restaurant scene, that was filmed in this very reastaurant.
Jordan Owens★★★★★String beans are my favorite and the egg rolls are the absolute best. Perfect crunch. The jasmine tea to start is such a bonus. Cool seeing the Rush Hour history on the wall. Excellent stop for lunch and a great value.
