J Shin★★★★★Absolutely loved my experience at San Laurel! 🌿✨ Located inside the Conrad Hotel, this Michelin-starred restaurant truly delivers on every level. The view alone is worth it — seeing the Walt Disney Concert Hall right from your table is such a uniquely LA experience. Dinner was especially memorable — the seafood dishes were exceptional and full of flavor. Everything felt fresh, refined, and thoughtfully prepared. Breakfast was just as impressive. Enjoying the morning meal while looking out at the Disney Hall was honestly stunning. Whether you sit outside or inside, both offer great ambiance — the outdoor seating is beautiful and relaxing, while the indoor space feels elegant and comfortable. Service was excellent throughout — warm, attentive, and professional. This place exceeded my expectations, and I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a memorable dining experience in LA! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
NikkiNicoleH★★★★★I’ve been here 3 times. All pre-theater dinner. Though it’s inside the Conrad hotel it is easy to access. With the high ceilings, trees and floor to ceiling windows the ambience is bright and airy with direct views of the Walt Disney Concert Hall. While the restaurant is classified as Spanish, it does have a lot of Spanish influence, but not your typical paellas and tapas. Everything is beautifully presented, fresh with incredible mix of flavors. All of the cocktails and desserts are delicious as well. I suggest ordering everything in the appetizer list - the eggplant and the artichoke dishes were so delicious. It is family style. The service is incredible as well.
Grace Singleton★★★★★José Andres does not disappoint. There’s very few restaurants that can execute on this level. Service was impeccable. The food is top notch. It is such a pleasure to enjoy fine dining at this level. Thanks to all the staff behind the scenes that made our evening so enjoyable. This is the place to go all dressed up and fully enjoy the finer things in life!
trixoo★★★★★Had breakfast here during our stay at the Conrad, and I’m not kidding when I say I’m still thinking about that congee. 🥲 Everything was so fresh and delicious! The service was great, the atmosphere was lovely, and the overall dining experience was fantastic. Plus, we only spent about $250 including tip, which felt like a great value for the quality and experience. Would absolutely come back! ✨🍽️
Michael Ferguson★★★★★When you have a great location like across from the best concert hall in the US and perhaps the world, you need to bring it. Chef Andres does just that 10 stories up in the Conrad Hotel. You think you get every dish when you read it on the menu, or at least most, but then when you get it and eat it it’s a whole different thing. Ever wondered what impeccably fried chicken would taste like with a furikake buttermilk sauce? Wonder no more! It’s amazing. How about the best lox on a piece of toast you’ve ever had? Sounds easy and simple but here it’s a different level. Really amazing food, drinks, service and view. It really is a destination that shouldn’t be missed if you’re visiting downtown LA.
Alison Su★★★★★The view is absolutely amazing and the food did not disappoint. The octopus was perfectly cooked and very tender, the baby potatoes were delicious, and the honey oat latte was surprisingly good and well balanced. We were originally there for brunch, but it ended at 11:30am, so we ordered from the lunch menu instead and still had a great experience. The service was very attentive without feeling intrusive, and I would definitely come back to try the brunch menu next time.
Sarah Y Tse. 謝婉敏★★★★★⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️☆ (4/5) We recently visited San Laurel at Conrad Los Angeles, and it was a memorable experience. The restaurant offers a unique and refined menu, even for just appetizers and drinks, which is what we had since we had another food venue planned afterward. Despite only ordering light bites, everything we tried was flavorful and beautifully presented. The real standout, however, is the breathtaking view overlooking the Disney Concert Hall—absolutely stunning, especially as the sun sets. The contemporary yet luxurious interior design adds to the ambiance, making it feel upscale without being stuffy. The staff were all incredibly friendly and professional, though it did feel a bit short-staffed during our visit, likely due to how busy it was. That said, service was still attentive and we never felt forgotten. We parked with valet, and the $15 fee felt reasonable for downtown LA. Our check came out just over $200 for three cocktails and three appetizers, which is on the higher si
