I always go to this sonic and I have since I was a kid. Always loved it.. Sorry to say that last couple times I have stopped in the evenings on the way home from work its the worst... I stopped tonight got a cheeseburger and chili cheese fries always my go too. It was the worst burger I have had. It was like they took a cooked patty out of the frig, nuked it for 30 seconds and threw my burger together.. cheese did not even melted and the bun was warmer then the meat was. This is for a January order I got for my 88 year old mother that I am a caregiver. She loves Sonics onion rings and I live near the foothills. After shopping at Walmart on Denver Avenue, I was going to stop at the Sonic on 13th, but decided on the South Lincoln as the food would stay warmer. I should of stayed at 13th.. Waited 20 min in drive-thru window. I’m not one to complain ever but the service was subpar. The entire 20 minutes they could’ve at the very LEAST apologized for how long the wait was or have me pull over into an empty spot so the other people behind me could receive their order, now those customers will be unhappy as well having to wait for me to wait for them ! Do better ! Just tell the customer it’s gonna be a wait ! I’d rather you tell me that then be confused on why my food is taking so long..
