The bread is good but the customer service is horrible! I pre-ordered by phone pick up at 10:30. I arrived at 10:35 and they seem surprised I was there. I explained my pick up time and they said no and then I'm sorry the person up front goes to the back abd and said it won't be ready until 11. Go back at 11 and it's still not ready. I'm like ok 5 mins? No not until 11:30. Leave and come back and it's still not ready! Then they have the nerve to say they didn't think I wasn't coming back so they didn't make the order! I was like what!? Customer service is horrible! If it wasn't for my daughters

The bread is good, and so are the prices. However their customer service is not the best practice. I had originally wanted to share a review about it when it 1st happened but decide to try them out again, so after this last time (4x) I am going to share why. I have placed my orders over the phone with a pick up time and for those 4x my order has not been ready. Only once did I receive a courtesy call to let me know that my order was not ready. I drove out about 30 mins to pick up my order at said time for it not to be ready for a few more hours. If the order cant be ready, then just say its a

Very friendly and welcoming. Best bakery by far! Coffee is pretty delicious also! Your in for a treat. I took my younger one in to pick out pan he would like to try and we had a sampling spread. Let me tell you my child knows where to go for his favorites. Keep up the amazing work!
