So I go in to order a blizzard I see I have a coupon on the app. So open up the qr code they can’t scan it. Whatever lady finds a way around it and after I guess she had made a mistake with food the customer was given wrong food or something along those lines the manager I guess took this to heart and was screaming with the rest of the employees quite frustrated and one even walking out during this. Milk in the milkshake was rotten and I swallowed some before it hit me. Also asked for no patty on the burger, they put it anyways, and they put the cheese under the patty like an idiot so I couldn't even take it off. The girl who took the order was nice, and she took the order properly. But whoever made everything shouldn't be allowed around food or drinks if they are going to ignore tickets and best by dates. $15 I won't get back and a messed up stomach because people never bothered to read, there's a date on the milk and a ticket for the food with instructions. Make them clean or something

We bought 2 steak fingers yesterday 2/27/26 at the one on ave q in lubbock and we ended up with food poisoning don't eat there please we should of stuck with our first choice riversmith never again eat this dairy queen so we got an email from a person from the corporate office about this what we went thru and how they wanted to make it all right and the cared and took it seriously well til this day I haven't heard from them anymore amd nothing was done with what we had to got thru with our food poisoning so I dont recommend anyone eating at this location unless you want food poisoning cause th
