Victoria Vladimir★★★★★This was my first time at a whataburger, it was very good! Very happy with our food, I got a regular cheeseburger and fries, and my husband got chicken tenders and fries. I got ranch as a dipping sauce for my fries, and its one of the better ranches ive had! More of a dill taste. Love it! Great service and a clean store!
NSM★★★This Whataburger close to the university of Texas Tech, had some good food and shakes and drinks. But unfortunately, the customer service is so God awfully horrendously BAD that I had to wait for my order for 2 HOURS to get my shake food, especially i finally had to ask them and spoked up on my order at 2:10AM, and they finally listed, after serving a bunch of college kids trying to get their orders as fast as possible after ignoring me for 2 hours. This is a very bad customer service, especially, on the cashiers and management, more than just the workers. The only thing that saves Whataburger
R Hernandez★I will not be coming to this location anymore the customer service is awful and the food is always terrible fries are always stale or they taste old like they refried them. And they always forget meals or items that I order online and then when you ask them for the missing items they say no you only paid for one meal so I have to go look for the receipt then I have to wait longer. I talked to the manager at the time but she didn’t seem to care.
