Walked in to grab lunch & use the restroom. When I first walked into the building it seemed very dark and dingy. The light above the bathrooms was out. I stopped by for lunch today. When I had ordered my food I did not realize that they had two different wings with almost similar titles. I placed my order and when the food came out, it wasn’t what I thought I had ordered. After speaking with my server, I realized I had misspoke with my ordering. We had a very disappointing experience. We were seated right away, which was great, but after that everything went downhill. It took about 10–15 minutes before our server even came by to take our drink order. We ordered simple drinks—Sprite, Diet Coke, and a strawberry lemonade—and also wanted to place our food order right away to avoid further delays.
