Came excited to try the cheese steak. Left disappointed. I got this sandwich, small fry and small pop for over 13 bucks. I'll try a different Arby's next time before I give up on Arby's. But not much meat on here for a 9$ sandwich. Looks nothing like any of the pictures or commercial lol oh well guess that's the standard for fast food anymore. Skimp out the food and charge up the wazoo lol

The Arby's roast beef sandwich is always the favorite for me. The sandwich is fresh and very light, meaning not greasy.

I’m 6 months pregnant, and Arby’s classic beef and cheddar is one of my biggest cravings. My doctor said I can have this sandwich as long as I ask for the meat “extra hot”. I’ve ordered this many times from different locations all over Michigan, and this location is the only one who was not able to accommodate my request. I asked nicely if it was possible for the meat “extra hot” on my sandwich, and the employee rudely responded that the sandwich is “already hot”. I then received the coldest Arby’s beef and cheddar sandwich I’ve ever had. Also, when I pulled up to the window they laughed at me

It was mainly the fries, although the sandwich could have been better as well. But the fries were absolutely ridiculous. I can't see how they were served like that. He had to see that those fries were no good. I ordered crinkle fries. They were mixed with many curly fries not hot or fresh at all with a freezer burnt taste, the sandwich was wet and sloppy. I know I had a coupon that yall gave me from a previous purchase. The fries on that purchase was also freezer burnt tasting, but those employees on that day at least had them hot and the sandwich was prepared presentable. seems like I should
