Food is fresh and delicious, we got two appetizers and two noodles dishes they were so good!! The price is very reasonable, I can't wait to go back so I can try something new. The one employee was making noodles behind the counter with plexiglass so you can watch him making it. It was a really fun experience!

Got an order of the scallion pancake which was flavorful on its own but really popped with the chili oil. Soup dumplings were a flavor bomb with the soup on the inside being porky in the best way. Sour and spicy beef bowl was perfect 10/10. Love that you can see the love in the handmade noodles and the soup was spicy but not too much and the beef was crazy tender.
