However, about 50% of the time, we receive bagels that are over-cooked to the point where we have to cut the top layer off with a knife in order to eat them. The honey wheat bagels are so hard on the bottom, that it’s almost impossible to chew through it. I’m not saying we won’t ever go back, but your customers deserve more consistency with how these are made!
