Came here twice in the past week and enjoyed it both times! The food was delicious, and the staff were welcoming and friendly. Service isn’t as fast as the big coffee chains, but the wait was very reasonable. They also had high chairs available in the lobby, which was a nice touch for families with infants.

I like the food and the bagels, but WOW, this place has gotten expensive! The staff is friendly and helpful and the menu is good. I wish the Asiago bagels were more covered with cheese than they are - they are very lightly covered. The Bruegger’s Bagels app has not worked for years for me so I have to usually ask the workers to apply discounts or specials outside of it (some of them expressed that my experience is not unusual). The store has an outdoor seating area and the interior is clean. The food and bagels are very tasty, and I really like the sandwiches (very expensive, though). Overall

Very upset went through the drive through which was slow no problem they were busy. The problem takes place when I was charged. I ordered a farmhouse with 2 eggs which normally costs me like 8 dollars or so. Imagine my surprise when double that was charged to my card and I was charged for completely the wrong order. On the recipet the farmhouse was voided and I was charged for 3 bagels I didn't order, a sandwich I didn't order, extra bacon I didn't order and extra cheese I didn't order so 21 dollars total. Showed up to pick up a catering order that was supposed be picked up by 6:41am. I was told it was coming right up. At 7:20(almost 30 min later) I asks how much longer, then he doesn’t even know. So you didn’t even check, just assume it’s coming up. Then the person he asks gets an attitude and says there’s nothing she can do claiming I was there early, but I didn’t walk into the store until the exact pick up time. Even worse, they still can’t tell me how much longer, only that it’s still coming up. Horrible customer service, management, business practices. Don’t waste your time, just go somewhe
