A Massive Letdown: Unacceptable Customer Service I rarely write negative reviews, but this experience was exceptionally disappointing and completely entirely ruined our meal. A coworker highly recommended Culver’s, and since it was our first time ever trying it, our expectations were high. I came in for the Curderburger. I walked in at 5:30 on a Tuesday, expecting there to be a dinner rush. There was not only no wait to order, but my food came out in about 5 minutes. It was fresh, and so hot I couldn’t eat it without letting it cool down first. The assistant manager who took my order seemed very happy to be there as well. It put me in a good mood to enjoy my food. I would be happy to come back here again.

I ordered the Double Deluxe Burger with grilled onions, mushrooms, and cheddar cheese. Unfortunately, they added bacon to my sandwich, which I did not request — and I do not eat bacon for religious reasons. This was very disappointing and showed a lack of attention to special instructions. The burgers lacked seasoning and it definitely needed more salt. Fries were hot and crispy, which I appreciated, but no ketchup or other sauces were included in the order, which made the meal feel incomplete.On the positive side, the order was prepared quickly ,but it came at the cost of accuracy and quality
