The hostess/waitress here was on her phone while we waited for our order. The store was empty other than a door dash driver also waiting for an order. It took 40 minutes to cook our two sandwiches, despite the store being completely empty. When we got home, we found that the hostess had given us the wrong order. Likely because her phone call seemed far more important than handing out the correct orders to the correct person. There were only two orders to pack. When she reordered the correct order for us, despite having the receipt in her hand that said we had 2 sandwiches with fries, she order

I had a really disappointing experience at Denny’s this morning. I went in expecting a simple, decent breakfast, but it turned into the opposite. First, it took almost an hour just to get seated and actually start eating, which is way too long for a breakfast spot. When we finally got to the table, it wasn’t even clean, and there was trash on the floor around us—definitely not a good first impression. It only got worse from there. My meal was amazing!!!!! Service was awesome, shout out to my server who was there on her day off. She was a very polite young lady. It was this past Sunday and my meal was everything. Tbone steak breakfast 😋 👌
