To whom it may concern, I was at the location 30 minutes ago at 8:50 on 01/24/26 to place my order in the drive thru. I won’t even give my experience 1 star. I pull up to the drive thru and there was a car in front of me. After that car pulled forward and I was at the intercom’s to place my order, I waited for 5 minutes before I said hello. After I said hello several time and no response I decided to move forward. I was greeted by the shift manager and I told her I was back there and no one address me. As usual, KFC chicken was good. And as usual...the mashed potatos are not. Watery. Well, not quite watery but have the consistency of gravy. And, bland. We almost always buy KFC chicken and then go over to Popeyes for the mashed potatoes, slaw and other items and biscuits. Once again, no biscuits in our order. 3rd time. Always check your order before leaving.

I ordered online. The app was letting me know whether my order was ready. Unfortunately the app is worthless. It said my order wasn’t ready so instead of going inside to pick it up I went through the drive through window. The fiasco started. The employee was unable to understand my name. She went and looked for my order and came back empty handed. I then just handed her my iPhone with the order. Amazingly she found my order. It was completed, contrary to what the app was saying. She proceeded to get my drink, a straw, some wipes and napkins. Unfortunately she did NOT add the ketchup
