Working in the city of Maricopa, Arizona, and have been trying different places. First time at this Jack in the Box. The service was great, very fast, and the food was fresh and hot. The store looks very new, clean and it was very quiet. I'll definitely come back here again.

Joe has been the manager at this location for years and years. As we all do, sometimes things go wrong especially when they are busy. Joe is so sweet and caring and understanding the few times I’ve had to ask for a fix. This is the kind of service I wish all fast food had. We go there because we know we will be taken care of and the food will be fresh. Thank you Joe for always being so professional yet caring!!!

Go to a different fast food restaurant save yourself cause they will get your order wrong. My order was that difficult asked for no lettuce and what do I get a taco with just meat apparently they are trying to be funny which it’s not especially since no one was I. Line and I had to wait 10 mins to only have to go back in line wait again and this kid tells me to give the back the tacos as if I’m lying. Don’t go here they are horrible

The food is fine, but the customer service here is absolutely terrible. I used the app to order ahead and went to the drive thru, the person on the mic asked to take our order and when I let her know I had an online order, she gave a big sigh like she was so annoyed and bothered by us, and got the same attitude at the window 😒. I don't understand why they hire people who have no customer service skills.
