In between jobs I had the taste for Seafood. I visited the nearest convenient location before returning to work. After waiting 20 mins after arriving at said delivery time. I get to work to find my food is cold, appears to be old, definitely unclean ( see pictures). I called to report my concerns & was asked to bring the food back for it to be replaced. My expectation when ordering food is QUALITY! Nothing about this visit was pleasing. Down to the request to leave work bring back food that should have been hot & satisfying to begin with. Met the manager was so kind and very attentive. Ordered last minute wait was reasonable. Food was sook delicious I drove from Boilingbrook to Country Club Hills!! Quiet often wheelchair accessible not a dine in takeout only.

Dead Fly in my food! From this location, across from Walmart in County Club Hills. I ordered 108$ worth of food! Started to eat and after I already ate a few crab legs noticed this! Store told me to call in the morning called back and was told to bring pan with food untouched. What! Then waited on hold for 40 minutes to be told to come in the next morning with pan untouched. This game went on with no help from management. I will never go back and I urge you to check your food with a fine tooth comb. Still no call back from Management, very disappointing.
