I'm driving for Lyft and I dropped off a passenger up here in Marrero. I ordered from the Wendy's online and I went through the drive-thru. They never even told me to stop at the window they told me when I got to a window to go up to the door. Never got a receipt for my food. Waited almost 10 minutes because I guess they had to cook something. I was the only one there as a customer. They bring my food to me finally and tell me they have to give me a small drink because they're all out of large cups. I said what are you going to do when you don't have them for customers that want them you don't

First im given the whole wrong order i brought it back immediately, i waited in ny car got the order, i got two wrong burgers, ordered jr bacon cheeseburgers got two plain burgers with lettuce no cheese no bacon. The bread was stale. Ordered a happy meal and was given the wrong toys, the entire purpose to go here was the toy, and that was wrong, which i never received i had to go inside to get them..I will not even comment on exactly what the staff was doing all i shall say is wow

Do yourself a favor and never go after 7 pm. I ordered a chicken salad and they gave me this. I didn’t cut it by the way. They are usually out of stuff. The last time I went they were out of coke sprite and root beer, all sauces, and regular fries. Just drive to a different location.

1st time to this Wendy's, I see why this one have low rating. Standing there waiting to order, worker just walk away without saying a word at least learn how to say, be with you in a minute. Then come back a few minutes later and just stare at you. Big dude that work there need to manners and learn how to greeting people. Other than that, idk does people get more fries then this? 🤣
