I wanted to love this place, but it was a bit of a mixed bag. The Classic Carol chicken salad was delicious definitely the highlight but the scoop sizes were much smaller than they appear in the ads, which was disappointing. I also tried the Olivia’s Old South and it was a little too heavy on the pickle for my taste. The broccoli salad was surprisingly good, nice and fresh. Unfortunately, the soup tasted like it came straight from a can definitely not the homemade feel I expected. On top of that, it's a bit pricy for what you actually get. Love the food, love the atmosphere, love everything about this place. More varieties of chicken salad than I ever knew existed, many different sides like mac n cheese, broccoli salad, grape salad, pasta salad...and several more I've forgotten. Won't break the bank- two of us ate for around $40, and that's with buying 2 containers of chicken salad to go. Highly recommend!

We would definitely go back. The girl at the front taking orders was very patient being we hadn’t been there before. We paid $27 for two meals which is about normal for anywhere. Is was clean inside but we opted to sit outside being it was a beautiful day! There were plenty of outdoor table and chairs with umbrellas and nice scenery of the area. Our food came out as soon as we sat down. My husband got the chicken salad with grapes, apples and pecans. I got the chicken salad with onions! Oh, so good!! And on croissant rolls!

My first time ever at a Chicken Salad Chick. The girl at the counter (Arii) was super helpful and basically recommended my entire lunch, which was delicious. I’m surprised more people don’t know about this place - it’s kind of a cross between Panera and a southern cafe. But it matters little - it was great.
