Pizza maker was very grumpy, and when she was done cleaning up she had the kitchen towel full of dirt hanging on the toppings while she was replacing the container, I made her notice politely that it was hanging on the food!!! I have noticed that the new staff member responsible for cooking the pizzas appears to be rushing the cooking time. As a result, the pizzas have been served undercooked, with cold toppings and dough that lacks its usual crispness and flavor. The quality of the pizzas is more important vs the quantity
