I went this morning, it was 5:45 a.m. The coffee was cold, and even though the place was empty, it took them 15 minutes to bring me breakfast. The waitress might have been at the end of her shift and had a tough one—I understand that. They served the pancakes on a small plate, and when I poured the syrup, it spilled over the edge and ended up on the table.

Received the ABSOLUTE most horrible service I've ever experienced in my 42 years on this planet. If I could, I would have tipped the young waitress $0 but I don't have the heart to do that. She never ONCE approached us to ask for refill or to check on us at all. Only had 3 other tables, so being busy is not an excuse. I had to track her down to ask for melted butter, but after waiting for more than 10 minutes, pancakes got cold...And still no butter. It's a small intimate place, and she was just walking all over the place attending to every other table but line...There were only two of us... T
