Absolutely horrifying if you think for a second to even go here do think twice. SERVICE is always horrible no matter who is working, management is garbage all the same. It's basically an employee ran shop and nobody gets a plaque for the month. Either way the actual part that matters, you will not receive cooked food. Everything will be left raw, so if you rather have food poisoning be my guess.

There is only one good manager that works there. Every other employee has an attitude and does a poor job giving good service. They mess up your order and give you an attitude for there mistakes then when you ask them to make them again they make them so nasty and sloppy you can't eat it or they burn your potato to the point it's not edible. In this type of Economy I'd rather spend my money at a place that doesn't give negative experiences!

Whoever is responsible for ensuring even the most basic customer service skills at this location needs to desperately be retrained, or trained in the first place. The lack of even a simple acknowledgement of the customer standing directly in front of them for 45 seconds to a minute before completely ignoring and moving on to a l different task is crazy. There was one other customer in the restaurant and zero others in line. Multiple times I have been to this location and received the exact same treatment. It’s genuinely unbelievable how bad the service here is

We came here on February 6th for dinner Jorge was super friendly and accommodating! You can tell he enjoys his job and he works hard. I see him helping his co worker out as well. Give this guy a raise ! Hes definitely deserving! Well done Jorge :)
