My wife and I have been here a handful of times and it's always an odd experience. The food is always real good but the service ranges between not so good to us having to file a missing person report for our server. We went on Valentine's Day with a reservation called in 5 days ahead of time. We got there a half hour before our reservation since our movie ended early. We figured we'd check in then grab a drink at the bar while we wait. It was real busy and you could tell based on the size of the crowd and the looks on the employees' faces. The food was very good everyone enjoyed their meals. We were there early on Christmas Eve so not super busy. The atmosphere was nicer than we expected, one of our guests commented it was not what he expected in a positive way, Service was less than one would expect at a dinner service… Reaching across and in front of people to hand the guest their plate is something I would expect at a hash house, but dinner where there is plenty of room to get to each guest is just lazy. Called ahead for reservation Friday night. Went in sat me right down. Server was very pleasant and attentive also very good at explaining the dishes. Food was very good. I really enjoyed the lemon cream soup. Steak was well hooked and seasoned. The whole experience was great. Will go in there again.
