Great experience. Fast friendly hot. Upon entry, it was remarkable to see how clean the location was. We were greeted by a really cool person. And the front desk server, who was juggling & passing out entrees to-go always had a smile. Very friendly Highly Recommend for dinner!

The chicken itself was hot and tasty, but KFC is known for the crust, which was mushy, not fully cooked, wet and falling off on 10 of the 12 pieces we purchased. Absolutely Terrible. The sides were fine: mashed potatoes, sweet corn, cole slaw. This was our first KFC takeout in decades, I wanted to show my family the tasty treat I remembered as a kid. What a disappointment. We will definitely NOT return. $45 wasted. The cashier seemed nice but overwhelmed by the short line, and waiting for the manager and other workers for guidance on next steps. I have never had such bad chicken in my whole life. Did KFC come up with a new formula because this was awful. Chicken was dry but yet extremely greasy. Even the Cole slaw was tasteless. When you pay $40 for a 12 piece meal you expect it to at least have some taste. PS take a look at the size of the wing. This counts as a piece of chicken?
