What in the world has happened to this company. I cannot believe I just paid 7$ for this thin POS. This is the crispy chicken expensive sandwich not the Mc chicken. The bread size is now the same size as a double cheeseburger which has been reduced in size by 35% already. This is absolutely ridiculous. Im done with the McSkimflation. My time with this place as a whole not specifically this location has come to an end. Never again.

I'm someone who explores food and loves food my partner and have been to every McDonald's in the McHenry area and have tried the same burgers and mcchickens from all of them and no one does it like this McDonald's. They have always done great whether it's morning, evening, and or dinner they have never cease to stop amazing me with their great quality of food. They are always on time and every staff member is polite respectful and appreciative it seems with the comfort of the job. In conclusion 10/10 restaurant for food service and atmosphere

The service here at this location is the absolute worst. Ever since the manager Jeff was relocated this place has no customer service whatsoever so ever. They have no care for the customer. There has been ( I can’t count how many ) times when I have waited at the front register for a service member to assist me and no one will come over for at least 5 min. And when they do they ( yes) not sorry for the delay or can I help you or how are we today can I take your order. Never hear that anymore. Many times I have just walked out. But today. I walked in waited at the counter for a few minutes

Tired of ordering carmel/mocha frappes and they are filled with strawberry seeds and small bits of strawberries. Its like they dont clean the blender cup. So gross.
