Great place with excellent service if you're looking to buy a new bike in Collin County! I found the bike I wanted at a great price and texted the shop to confirm it was in stock. They responded promptly and confirmed it was available. When I arrived, the bike was already assembled and waiting for me. The staff walked me through the bike's features, performed a final inspection, and made sure everything was ready to ride. The entire purchase took only about 15 minutes, and the experience couldn't have been smoother. I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for great customer service, com

Needed a tune-up on an older Trek mountain bike and ended up here after comparing options locally. Seamless service, great communication, and zero upsell nonsense. They kept me informed on timing, did exactly what was needed, and didn’t try to sell me parts I didn’t need. Which was a refreshing change from my last visit to a certain other bike shop in Allen, where I was told I needed $450 in new front shocks—when what I actually needed was an air pump to re-inflate them. Funny how that works. So thank you for not treating me like an AC repair call in the middle of summer. Honest service still

Immediately after walking in I was greeted by Colton, a young professional guy working at the front desk. From there I was delivered into a great experience overall of the shop and ended up purchasing a much needed part on my own volition. Thank you Colton for your help and expertise!

These guys are the best. The night before a DORBA group ride at Northshore, I broke my rear brake. Chad, the owner of Cadence, was at the trailhead with his mobile repair van. He not only fixed the brake, but he also adjusted my derailleur and threw on a new set of brake pads. He even refused my cash, just telling me to go have fun on the trail and thanked me for supporting his shop. Their downtown McKinney location has been my go-to shop since 2018. They are hands-down the best shop I’ve ever used. The staff is extremely friendly and genuinely focused on helping both pros and beginners enjoy
