Brenda Laney★★★★★

Stopped by Cane’s in McKinney and the food was really good. The chicken was hot, crispy, and cooked perfectly, and of course the Cane’s sauce never disappoints. Fries were fresh, toast was buttery, and everything came out fast. The staff is mostly a bunch of teenagers and they were definitely goofing around a bit, but it didn’t affect the food or how quickly we got it. The place was clean and the vibe was still good overall. All in all, it was a solid visit and exactly what I was craving. Would definitely come back! 🍗

The only note I would have about this particular location is that it desperately needs a second drive-thru line, as the line was wrapped around the building the whole time we were there. Otherwise, it was exactly what you'd expect from Cane's. The food was fresh and delicious. I just wish the service was faster.

Juan Alberto Guevara★★

I stopped by to eat with my family today, and I felt really disappointed. They used to provide great service and serve top-quality food; nowadays, however, you just go there to have your money taken. The so-called managers are incredibly rude and sarcastic—one of them actually asked me, "Is this really how an order of fries is supposed to be sold?" It’s a shame that, over time, this place has turned into a spot I’ll never want to return to.

Waited in line for 20 minutes while 2 employees stood outside talking to one on inside and drinking drinks. I was thirsty too could have went through and gave everyone their drinks if they were waiting on food worst canes I have ever been too
